Jeff Howard

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr Howard is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Seven West Media Limited.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Director and CEO of Seven West Media in April 2024, Mr Howard had been Chief Financial Officer of Seven West Media since January 2020.

Prior to joining SWM, Mr Howard served as CFO of HT&E Limited (now ARN Media) from 2012, delivering strategic financial leadership while executing on strategy and driving shareholder value. Mr Howard has extensive experience in business transformation and growth in the media sector, including through mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Howard is a Chartered Accountant with more than nine years’ experience in banking at ABN AMRO and RBS and prior that worked with KPMG for 10 years. He completed his Executive MBA with the Australian Graduate School of Management in 2005, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Angus Ross

Group Managing Director, Seven Television

Mr Ross was appointed to his current role in June 2024 and is responsible for all content and commercial aspects of the Seven television. Before then he was Chief Content Officer, Entertainment Programming, responsible for the commissioning and acquisition of all content across Seven West Media’s suite of broadcast and digital channels: Channel 7, 7two, 7mate, 7flix, 7Bravo and 7plus.

Previous roles at Seven also include Director of Network Programming, Head of Program Scheduling and Acquisitions, Sydney Program Manager, Daytime Programmer and Head of Research.

Prior to joining Seven, Mr Ross worked for two years as a consultant for television research group Audience Development Australia.

Mr Ross holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), from the University of South Australia.

Gereurd Roberts

Group Managing Director, Seven Digital

Mr Roberts was appointed Group Managing Director, Seven Digital, in June 2024. He is responsible for leading and growing Seven’s digital and streaming business and driving its future strategy. In his role, Mr Roberts oversees all facets of Seven Digital, managing teams across Digital Marketing, Audience Intelligence and Data, Product Technology and Solutions, Content Strategy and Scheduling, Platform Partnerships, and Digital Sales and Operations.

Prior to his current role, Mr Roberts had been Chief Digital Officer of Seven West Media since December 2019. Under his guidance 7plus, Seven’s streaming platform, has achieved record growth and hosted both Australia’s biggest streaming event of all time with the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and the biggest single streaming program of all time with the FIFA Women’s World Cup semi-final in 2023. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific, the digital and publishing arm of SWM, and led the sale of the business to Bauer Media Australia in May 2020.

In addition to his Seven West Media role, Mr Roberts is a non-executive director of Freeview Australia and a member of the Children’s Medical Research Institute’s Digital Strategy Committee.

With a career in media spanning more than 25 years, Mr Roberts has also held senior roles across ACP and Guardian Media Group UK, and is a graduate of Columbia Business School, New York, and Charles Sturt University.

Maryna Fewster

Chief Executive Officer, Seven West Media WA

After emigrating to New Zealand in 1997, Ms Fewster was appointed at iHug, a New Zealand internet service provider.

In 2003, iHug was acquired by iiNet, an Australian based Telco. As part of the iiNet leadership group and as Chief Operating Officer of iiNet, Ms Fewster had an integral role in driving organic growth while ensuring the acquisitions undertaken by iiNet were effectively integrated across people, culture and systems.

Following her departure from iiNet in 2015, Ms Fewster took a consulting role reporting to the Board of Seven West Media on the operational performance of the WA business. This led to Ms Fewster’s appointment as COO of SWM WA and then as CEO of SWM WA in 2018.

Ms Fewster is a trustee of the Channel 7 Telethon Trust, and non-executive director of Celebrate WA and Crown Perth.

Trent Dickeson

Chief Operating Officer

Dr Dickeson was appointed Chief Operating Officer in June 2024 and is responsible for Operations, Broadcast Supply Chain, Technology, Cyber Security, Procurement, Transformation and Business Optimisation.

Before his current role, Dr Dickeson was Director of Operations and Transformation, responsible for Broadcast Operations and Delivery, Information Technology, Cyber Security and Remote Delivery.

Dr Dickeson joined Seven West Media in 2014 from Deloitte. He was a Director at Deloitte specialising in Strategy and Operations work in the areas of Supply Chain and Sourcing across Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

Dr Dickeson is a Chartered Chemist and Member of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Ph. D in Chemistry from the University of Newcastle.

Dr Dickeson is currently a director of TXA Australia and the National Playout Centre Media.

Lucinda Gemmell

Chief People and Culture Officer

Ms Gemmell is the Chief People and Culture Officer, responsible for the human resources and employee experience across Seven West Media. 

Ms Gemmell was previously Chief People and Culture Officer at air navigation service provider Airservices Australia, where she was responsible for the people and culture strategy and transformation, human resources, functional training, and industrial relations.

Before Airservices Australia, Ms Gemmell was Chief People and Culture Officer at Virgin Australia Airlines. She has also held senior leadership roles in HR, strategy and commercial management in ASX and multinational organisations including Woolworths, Diageo Asia Pacific and Fairfax Media.

Ms Gemmell holds an Executive MBA, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a director of Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia.

Craig Haskins

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Haskins was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Seven West Media in June 2024 after two months as Acting Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Haskins’ career commenced at PricewaterhouseCoopers in corporate tax before embarking on a career in financial markets in Australia and the US.

He built his extensive financial and capital markets experience through his time with Merrill Lynch, UBS, Credit Suisse and Jefferies, where he held senior leadership roles in sales and trading as well as capital markets and investment banking.

Mr Haskins worked at Inghams Ltd in a number of roles including interim Chief Financial Officer before establishing his own consulting business, Eastern Hill Advisors.

He is a board director of Enstar Australia, part of the Enstar Group, a Nasdaq-listed leading global insurance group.

Ray Kuka

Director of News and Current Affairs

Mr Kuka was appointed Director of News and Current Affairs in May 2025 and is responsible for all 7NEWS bulletins and specials, as well as 7NEWS Spotlight and 7NEWS.com.au.

A seasoned news executive with a broadcast television career spanning more than two decades, he has amassed an impressive body of work as a field producer, on-the-road journalist, executive producer and news director, most recently leading the 7NEWS Perth team as well as Seven’s coverage of major national and international news events.

Before his current role, Mr Kuka was Deputy Director of News and News Director for 7NEWS Perth. His previous roles at Seven have included Deputy News Director, 7NEWS Sydney; Senior Producer, 7NEWS Sydney; and reporting and producing roles in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. He also spent several years working for global news organisations in Europe and China.

Sarah Stinson

Director of Morning Television

Ms Stinson is one of Australia’s most accomplished broadcast executives, with more than two decades’ experience leading some of the country’s highest-rating and most influential television programs.

She was appointed to her current role in March 2022 and is responsible for the network’s flagship morning TV programs: Sunrise, Weekend Sunrise and The Morning Show.

Previously, Ms Stinson served as Executive Producer of The Morning Show for more than a decade, overseeing its enduring commercial and ratings success. She also held senior editorial positions including Chief of Staff and senior producer on Today Tonight.

Ms Stinson began her media career at the Nine Network, working in the newsroom before moving to key roles on The Today Show and A Current Affair.
